Together with their recently issued patent on “Graphene-based Plasmonic Nano-transceiver employing HEMT for Terahertz Band Communication” (US 14/560,213),
Dr. I.F. Akyildiz and Dr. J.M. Jornet own the intellectual property to build the complete front-end for ultra-broadband communication networks in the Terahertz Band, i.e., the next frontier for wireless communications.
